It’s official.  Tucker Carlson is appearing on this season’s “Dancing with the Stars,” along with an all-star cast that includes Jerry Springer, Blossom’s older brother, Emmit Smith, Vivica Fox, Harry Hamlin, A.C. Slater from “Saved by the Bell,” Willa Ford, Monique Coleman, Sara Evans and Shanna Moakler.

This should be fun and interesting. I wonder if Tucker will wear his famous bowtie. I’m betting he will in at least one show. Can’t wait to see it, the wife and I will be watching.

Mel Gibson drunken bigot

His recent comments expressing his anti-semitic views are inexcusable. He has attempted to use the “I was drunk defense”. That just doesn’t matter and is a seperate isssue altogether. I do hope he learns for it but he should have to pay the price for years not days or weeks. Those types of views didn’t form overnight ao he has a long way to go towards redeeming himself. I would hope that many will shun working with him until he shows a longterm progress.

Don’t sweat the small stuff

Life is too short to let petty little annoyances ruin your day. Cut somebody a break today you just might need one yourself tommorrow. Too many people spend their days complaining about stupid little things that really do’t matter. Save your energy for more important things. Energy wasted on being angry can never be recovered and serves no purpose. So smile and be happy it is contagious, and if you think you have nothing to smile about or no reason to be happy then just fake it.

Jib Jab makes some hilarious short clips that are definitely a must see. They have the ability to poke fun without really offending anyone. I also don’t think they have any political agenda and are equal opportunity satire. These clips are worth a few minutes to watch.
