Rove ignores subpoena & refuses to testify

Former White House adviser Karl Rove ignores congressional subpoena, which is quite obviously contempt. But it is doubtful that the democratic controlled congress will have the backbone to do anything about it. They can and should have him arrested but that is not likely. He knows who he is dealing with which explains his arrogance.
