Beware of Explosive Cartoons

Obviously when planting an explosive device the terrorists would always opt to add a neon light to draw as much attention as possible. I’m sure they teach that in anti-terrorist training. Just look for the flashy attention getting device. Why bother hiding it, Boston’s finest are on the ball and found what is obviously a terror plot. I guess Bush will take credit for twarting another terrorist attack. He should visit Boston and give someone a metal. We can all rest easier know we are now safe from all those bad guys over at cartoon network!

BOSTON – In nine cities across the country, blinking electronic signs displaying a profane, boxy-looking cartoon character caused barely a stir.
But in Boston, the signs — some with protruding wires — sent a wave of panic across the city, bringing out bomb squads and prompting officials to shut down highways, bridges and part of the Charles River.

BOSTON – Two men who authorities say placed electronic advertising devices around the city were released from jail Thursday, apparently amused with the publicity stunt that stirred fears of terrorism and shut down parts of the city.
